Responsibilities
- Design presentations, dashboards, reports, and infographics that visualize project controls data such as cost, schedule, risk, and progress.
- Work with project controls, planning, cost, and risk teams to turn technical content into clear, engaging graphics.
- Develop corporate-standard templates for project reporting, executive briefs, and project communications.
- Apply corporate branding guidelines consistently across design outputs.
- Create visual content for internal and external communications, including brochures, newsletters, videos, and digital platforms.
- Enhance visualization of project metrics, KPIs, and analytics using modern tools and techniques.
- Create static and motion multimedia content when required.
- Manage multiple design projects with attention to detail and deadlines, and keep current with industry trends and tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a corporate, engineering, or project management environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects, and presentation tools such as PowerPoint.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools is preferred.
- Familiarity with engineering or project controls terminology and documentation is a strong advantage.
- Strong portfolio across digital and print formats.
- Excellent communication, layout, typography, and design skills.
- Ability to manage projects independently and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
