(e.g., Engineering, Quality,
Technical) to resolve product-
related issues.
Identify opportunities for process
and product improvements based
on field experiences.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in after-
sales technical support, Chilled
Water and DX equipment maintenance.
Strong knowledge of Air Handling
Units, Fan coil Units, Condensing
units and VRF
Excellent troubleshooting and
diagnostic skills.
Customer-focused with strong
interpersonal and communication
skills.
Valid driver’s license
