We have an urgent requirement for a candidate for the position of QC Document Controller / QC Coordinator in the ECS QC Department.
The details of the requirement are mentioned below:
Job Responsibilities
1.
Prepare and maintain FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) reports and related quality documentation.
2.
Coordinate with the Logistics Department and send delivery-related emails for completed projects.
3.
Maintain and track NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) and ensure proper documentation and closure records.
4.
Prepare and maintain Material Short Supply reports and follow up with concerned departments.
5.
Coordinate with the Design Department for clarification required for the closure of QC comments.
6.
Maintain project quality records, test reports, inspection reports, and customer documents.
7.
Ensure proper filing, tracking, and archiving of all project documents.
8.
Follow up with production, design, procurement, and logistics teams regarding document-related matters.
Skills Required
1.
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
2.
Strong documentation and record management skills.
3.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
4.
Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and handle correspondence professionally.
Qualification
- Diploma or B. Tech in (Electrical Engineering) or related field.
- Experience in LV Switchgear manufacturing is an added advantage.
