- 🔑 Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
- 5+ years in IT service delivery/operations.
- Strong expertise in IT infrastructure & ITIL processes.
- ITIL certification mandatory; Project Management certification preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in
Arabic & English
