Service Delivery Manager
to lead high-quality IT service operations, drive continuous improvement, and ensure exceptional client satisfaction.

📌 Experience: 5+ Years Salary Budget-17K AED with Single Benefits
🎓 Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Systems / Equivalent

- 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end IT service delivery operations for managed services clients.
- Ensure SLA, OLA, KPI, and compliance targets are consistently achieved.
- Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders and manage expectations.
- Lead governance meetings and service review calls with clients.
- Manage MSP resources, performance, utilization, and training plans.
- Ensure business continuity through efficient IT support operations.
- Drive service improvement plans and continuous operational enhancements.
- Coordinate with internal delivery teams, transformation teams, vendors, and partners.
- Support audits, risk assessments, and compliance requirements.
- Provide regular reporting dashboards, metrics, and executive updates.
- Assist with growth planning, customer expansion opportunities, and strategic roadmaps.
- Promote high customer satisfaction through proactive issue resolution.
