Develop, monitor, and control schedules for major Oil & Gas projects in a PMC environment.
Support timely project execution in line with approved plans, contractual requirements, and project milestones.
Key responsibilities
- Review and monitor EPC contractor schedules for engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning against approved baselines and contractual milestones.
- Monitor project progress, identify schedule deviations, and recommend corrective and recovery actions.
- Review and consolidate contractor progress reports, schedule forecasts, critical path analyses, and recovery plans.
- Coordinate with the Client, EPC contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to align schedules and support timely project execution.
- Review and verify contractor planning deliverables, progress measurement, and schedule updates against PMC and Client requirements.
- Ensure compliance with project control procedures, contractual obligations, and applicable Saudi Aramco standards.
- Conduct schedule risk assessments, monitor critical activities, and provide progress updates and planning recommendations to the Client and project management team.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- At least 12 years of overall experience, including at least 8 years in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Strong PMC experience in Oil & Gas projects is essential; experience on major capital projects is preferred.
- Experience across EPC phases including FEED, detailed engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and project progress measurement, schedule analysis, and reporting.
- Saudi Aramco project experience and familiarity with its controls, procedures, and reporting requirements are highly preferred.
- Middle East project exposure is an advantage.
