Manage and coordinate completion activities so systems and subsystems are tracked, documented, tested, and handed over against project requirements, completion procedures, and commissioning milestones.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and manage the ICAPS completion database using OPERCOM methodology.
- Define system boundaries, completion sequences, and handover criteria with relevant teams.
- Review completion procedures, punch list workflows, preservation plans, and completion dossiers.
- Supervise completions support staff and coordinate with construction, quality, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and operations teams.
- Track completion progress, punch list clearance, and handover milestones.
- Maintain accurate completion records, documentation, KPIs, and progress reports.
- Coordinate system handovers and confirm readiness for commissioning and operations.
- Promote interface management, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications and experience
- Engineering degree or equivalent technical background; experienced technicians may be considered.
- At least 15 years of oil and gas project experience focused on completions, commissioning, or construction.
- Strong knowledge of OPERCOM methodology and ICAPS software is mandatory.
- Proven completion management experience and contractor coordination.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and reporting skills.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
