Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project schedules using project management software.
- Monitor progress and identify concerns or potential delays; coordinate mitigation plans with project managers and stakeholders.
- Provide regular status updates to project teams and management.
- Analyze project data for trends and performance improvements; collaborate with construction and engineering teams to align schedules with project goals.
- Identify process improvements, implement best practices, and manage documented and communicated schedule changes.
- Participate in project meetings and advise on scheduling and control matters.
- Support project budgets and resource plans; comply with company quality, environmental, safety and occupational health procedures.
- Perform other duties assigned by the line manager or supervisor.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting or Engineering from an accredited university.
- At least 15 years’ related experience on national or international major initiatives and developments.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in project scheduling control and managing and prioritizing project schedules.
- Ability to present schedule plans and requirements to senior management and government authorities.
- Ability to negotiate with multiple stakeholders to secure project schedules.
- Fluent communication in Arabic and English.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
