Overview
We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Cost Estimator to join our project team, supporting the commercial and cost management of major infrastructure and water-sector projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor project costs and provide regular cost reports.
- Assess and manage variations, claims and changes.
- Review contractor and subcontractor valuations and quotations.
- Support tendering, procurement and contract administration.
- Carry out site visits to assess progress and associated costs.
- Identify commercial risks and opportunities for cost savings.
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, contractors and other stakeholders.
Key Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in Quantity Surveying, Cost Estimation or Cost Control.
- Experience on large-scale construction, infrastructure or water-sector projects.
- Strong experience with claims, variations and cost control.
- Experience with contractors/subcontractors and commercial documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
- Saudi Arabia experience is highly desirable.
- RICS or equivalent professional qualification is an advantage.
- Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
