Role Description
The Senior Sales Team Leader is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh. This individual will lead and manage a sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets, implement effective sales strategies, and monitor staff performance. The role involves building strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service, and identifying potential opportunities for business growth. Additionally, the Senior Sales Team Leader will analyze sales data for performance optimization and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Strong Team Management and leadership skills to inspire, mentor, and guide the sales team.
- Proven Sales expertise, including the ability to meet and exceed targets, and identify growth opportunities.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for building lasting client relationships and addressing client concerns effectively.
- Analytical Skills for interpreting sales data, monitoring performance, and implementing improvements.
- A results-driven approach with the ability to work effectively under pressure and manage time efficiently.
- Proficiency in CRM and sales tools is an added advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
