Role Overview
Sales Team Leader– Interior Design will lead and manage the design team, ensuring smooth workflows across sales, design, and operations, and delivering high-quality projects.
This role combines creative leadership with operational and client management to drive design and business success.
Key Responsibilities
- ***Design Leadership***
- Lead the sales and design team, ensuring creativity and client satisfaction.
- Guide design consultants and enforce design standards.
***Client & Project Management***
- Oversee client inquiries and assign to consultants per SOPs.
- Coordinate between sales, design, and operations for timely resolutions.
- Monitor active projects, timelines, and deliverables.
- ***Operational Oversight***
- Supervise daily operations, resource planning, and logistics coordination.
- Improve processes for efficiency, cost, and quality.
- Ensure accurate documentation of projects and client records.
***Strategic & Performance Management***
- Provide reports and recommendations to the CEO.
- Track KPIs and performance metrics for continuous improvement.
- Foster accountability, teamwork, and communication across teams.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong project and operations management experience.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- **Experience reading and interpreting AutoCAD drawings is preferred.**
