Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute WORKSPACE's branch expansion strategy across the UAE.
• Conduct market research and location analysis to identify high-potential areas for new showrooms.
• Evaluate commercial properties and negotiate lease agreements with landlords and property developers.
• Coordinate all aspects of showroom setup, including design, fit-out, permits, approvals, and operational readiness.
• Obtain and coordinate all required trade licenses, municipality approvals, permits, registrations, and regulatory clearances necessary to establish and operate new branches in each Emirate.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and branch opening schedules.
• Recruit, train, and onboard showroom managers and branch staff.
• Establish operational procedures and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Coordinate with internal departments including sales, marketing, logistics, finance, and HR.
• Monitor branch performance during the launch phase and implement improvements where required.
• Build relationships with local authorities, landlords, contractors, suppliers, and service providers.
• Prepare feasibility studies, expansion reports, and business cases for management review.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail expansion, branch development, business development, project management, or a similar role within the UAE.
• Strong understanding of UAE business licensing, branch registration, regulatory approvals, and commercial compliance requirements across different Emirates.
• Experience negotiating lease agreements and managing commercial property transactions.
• Proven experience managing fit-out and branch opening projects.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Willingness to travel frequently across all Emirates.
