Job Summary:
We are seeking a Sales Executive with experience in furniture sales and client coordination. This role focuses on assisting clients in selecting the right furniture solutions, preparing layouts using AutoCAD, and ensuring a smooth sales and project experience from inquiry to delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Assist walk-in and corporate clients in selecting suitable furniture based on their requirements
- Prepare furniture layouts and space plans using AutoCAD
- Provide product recommendations, quotations, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with design, production, and logistics teams for order execution
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process
- Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on available collections
- Support showroom operations and client presentations
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in furniture sales or related industry
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)
- Strong communication and client-handling skills
- Basic understanding of space planning and furniture layouts
- Detail-oriented with good coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple client requirements efficiently
