- We are seeking a results-driven Senior Sales Supervisor to accelerate the growth of our Core Surgical business across the UAE.
- This is a high-impact role for a strategic MedTech professional who thrives in a competitive market, understands hospital decision-making, and can deliver strong revenue results.
- You will own sales forecasting, competitive strategy, and key account growth, leveraging your deep knowledge of the UAE healthcare system, reimbursement pathways, and tender processes to drive measurable business impact.
- Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Develop and execute national sales strategy to achieve revenue targets
- Drive sales forecasting, budgeting, and pipeline management
- Understand market trends, competitive landscape, and pricing strategies
- Manage strategic hospital accounts and high-value stakeholders
- Lead product launches and market access initiatives
- Deliver executive-level sales reports and business insights.
Required Knowledge and Experience
- 10+ years in MedTech sales (Surgical/OR products required)
- People management experience is a must at least of 5 direct reports
- Deep knowledge of UAE healthcare system, reimbursement models, and tender processes
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (forecasting, data analysis) and PowerPoint (executive presentations)
- Strong negotiation, strategic thinking, and leadership skills
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
