Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented **Sales Executive** with strong experience in **building materials sales**, particularly **gypsum and related products**.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and project clients.
- Promote and sell **gypsum products and building materials** to achieve sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in the UAE market.
- Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand project requirements.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Ensure excellent customer service and after-sales support.
Requirements
- Minimum **2–5 years of UAE experience** in **building materials / gypsum sales**.
- Strong knowledge of **gypsum boards, ceilings, partitions, and related building materials**.
- Existing client network in contractors/project sales preferred.
- Valid UAE Driving License preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and business development skills.
- Arabic speaking is an advantage.
- Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
