- on the ground in the UAE, with a clear mandate to open markets, build a pipeline from scratch, and grow into a leadership role as the business scales.

- Someone who thrives on opening doors, building relationships from zero, and closing deals in a competitive market.
- You’ll be selling cutting-edge healthcare technology solutions into some of the region’s most prominent healthcare providers, with the UAE as your primary market and Qatar and Oman firmly in your sights as expansion territories.
- What you’ll be doing
- Driving
- net-new business development
- across the UAE healthcare sector (80% of the role)
- Building and managing your own pipeline, forecasting accurately and delivering against quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Targeting key healthcare networks including major hospital groups, healthcare providers, and regulatory bodies across Dubai and the Northern Emirates
- Developing a strategic approach to accounts —
- land and expand
- — identifying smaller entry points with significant long-term growth potential
- Representing the business at industry events and building a strong market presence
- Laying the groundwork for future expansion into Qatar, Oman, and beyond
- Coordinating with internal teams to support seamless onboarding and sales execution
- What we’re looking for
Essential
- **5+ years of sales or business development experience within healthcare technology**
- Demonstrable experience selling solutions such as
Emr, His, Rcm
- or other digital healthcare platforms
- A proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment
- Experience selling into UAE healthcare providers — knowledge of networks such as private hospitals and enterprise healthcare customers
- Evidence of
- market penetration
- — ideally someone who has successfully entered and developed a new market
- A true hunter mentality: self-motivated, resilient, and hungry to build something
Advantageous
- Familiarity with AI optimisation solutions within a healthcare context
- Existing relationships or prior experience in Qatar and/or Oman
- Background with recognised healthcare technology vendors
- Arabic language skills
- Experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close and account management
- Career progression
