This is a part-time hybrid role, primarily based in Dubai with flexibility for some remote work.
The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve organizational goals, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.
Additional responsibilities include leading and mentoring the sales team, preparing detailed sales reports, and ensuring customer needs are met with innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales Strategy Development, Client Relationship Management, and Business Development
- Proven experience in Leadership, Team Management, and Mentoring sales teams
- Proficiency in Negotiation, Networking, and Communication
- Analytical skills in Sales Forecasting, Reporting, and Market Analysis
- Familiarity with CRM Software, Sales Tools, and Technology Platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably within the technology or data analytics industry
- Knowledge of the local market in Dubai is advantageous
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment and manage time efficiently
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives
