About This Role

About the Role

We are looking for a commercially driven Senior Sales Manager who will own Liminal Prime's revenue growth.

This is a individual contributor role, where you will carry your own book of business.

You will be the person who finds, wins, and grows our most important institutional relationships.

This role is for someone who has been in the room with institutional treasury teams, crypto exchange ops heads, and remittance CFOs and knows how to turn those conversations into signed agreements and live trading volume.

You are not a PowerPoint seller.

You are a deal closer who also knows how to build a repeatable sales machine around you.

Own the Revenue Number

  • Build and execute a sales strategy to hit monthly and quarterly trading volume and revenue targets.
  • Own the full sales cycle - from first outreach and discovery through commercial negotiation to live onboarding.
  • Manage and grow a pipeline of institutional prospects across payment gateways, PSPs, remittance companies, crypto exchanges, OTC desks, fintechs, and banks.
  • Bring Your Network to the Table
  • Activate your existing relationships with institutional crypto buyers and sellers from day one.
  • Represent Liminal Prime at industry conferences, events, and partner meetings globally.
  • Position Liminal Prime as the go-to liquidity partner in the markets you cover.
  • Shape the Go-To-Market
  • Define target customer segments, prioritise geographies, and develop outreach strategies for each.
  • Work with marketing to develop collateral, case studies, and campaigns that support pipeline generation.
  • Own pricing conversations and commercial structuring in partnership with the GM and trading desk.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3–5 years of experience in crypto OTC sales, institutional crypto business development, or a directly adjacent role (e.g., FX liquidity sales, prime brokerage BD).
  • A proven track record of closing deals with institutional clients - payment firms, exchanges, remittance companies, fintechs, or similar.
  • An existing network of decision-makers at institutional crypto buyers and sellers.
  • Solid understanding of stablecoin markets, OTC trading mechanics, and what institutional clients care about (spreads, settlement speed, credit, compliance).
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, early-stage environment where the playbook is still being written.
  • Excellent communicator - you can explain complex liquidity products clearly to both tech-savvy and non-technical buyers.

Good To Have

  • Experience selling across multiple geographies - MENA, Asia-Pacific, or Europe is a plus.
  • Familiarity with crypto custody, wallet infrastructure, or compliance tooling.
  • Prior experience at an OTC desk, digital asset prime broker, or crypto exchange.
  • Understanding of API-driven trading workflows and technical integrations.
  • Existing relationships in the APAC and EMEA institutional markets.
