Role Overview

The **Senior Executive – Sales** plays a key role in driving revenue growth, developing strategic customer relationships, recovering inactive accounts, and expanding market presence across Hadi Enterprises' product portfolio.

Reporting to the Head of HORECA Sales, the role is responsible for managing key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets across designated territories and customer segments.

The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial acumen, excellent relationship management skills, and proven experience in sales, account development, and business growth within the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and implement account-level sales plans to increase revenue and market share.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within hospitality, institutional, retail, corporate, and distribution sectors.
  • Support the execution of commercial strategies through market intelligence, customer feedback, and business development initiatives.
  • Negotiate commercial terms within approved pricing, discount, and payment guidelines.
  • Represent Hadi Enterprises at trade shows, exhibitions, product launches, and industry events to generate leads and strengthen brand visibility.
  • Re-establish relationships with inactive or lost accounts and recover business opportunities.
  • Identify declining accounts and implement corrective action plans to restore revenue growth.
  • Monitor customer engagement levels and proactively address risks impacting account retention.
  • Develop strategies to strengthen customer loyalty and long-term partnerships.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic customer accounts.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to identify growth opportunities and address customer concerns.
  • Drive cross-selling and upselling opportunities across Hadi Enterprises’ product portfolio.
  • Resolve escalated customer issues professionally and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain detailed account plans and relationship maps for key customers.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and industry developments.
  • Gather customer feedback and market insights to support business decision-making.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, account performance analyses, pipeline reports, and revenue forecasts.
  • Participate actively in sales meetings, product training sessions, and cross-functional discussions.
  • Share best practices and market intelligence with the wider sales team.
  • Maintain healthy ordering patterns and support customer inventory planning.
  • Coordinate closely with logistics, warehouse, procurement, and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Liaise with finance and credit control teams regarding outstanding payments and account receivables.
  • Ensure compliance with company pricing policies, discount structures, and UAE commercial regulations.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, including customer interactions, opportunities, quotations, and sales activities.
  • Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders across procurement, logistics, warehouse, finance, operations, and customer service teams.
  • Ensure timely and professional communication with customers and internal departments.
  • Support collaborative problem-solving to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications And Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4–6 years of sales experience within the UAE market.
  • Experience in HORECA, hospitality supply, trading, distribution, FMCG, consumer goods, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing customer accounts.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and convert insights into actionable business strategies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
  • Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with hotels, restaurants, catering companies, airlines, hospitals, and institutional clients.
  • Knowledge of the UAE HORECA market and procurement processes.
  • Experience with ERP systems and sales reporting tools.
  • Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.
  • Experience managing key accounts and strategic customer relationships.
  • Exposure to premium international brands and hospitality-focused product portfolios.
