E-Commerce Executive

will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s presence across Amazon and other online marketplaces.

The role focuses on driving online sales growth, enhancing product visibility, improving customer experience, and ensuring operational excellence across a diverse product portfolio.

E-Commerce Sales & Performance Management

  • Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms, with a primary focus on Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central, to drive sales growth across a catalog of 3,000+ SKUs
  • Monitor key performance metrics such as sales revenue, traffic, conversion rates, Buy Box performance, and customer engagement, and implement improvements
  • Create and optimize product listings, including ASIN creation, titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend keywords, and A+ content
  • Ensure listings include high-quality images, accurate descriptions, and relevant keywords aligned with best practices
  • Optimize pricing strategies, promotions, and merchandising activities to enhance competitiveness
  • Implement cross-selling, upselling, and bundling strategies to increase average order value

E-Commerce Operations & Customer Experience

  • Maintain accurate inventory synchronization and minimize out-of-stock situations through coordination with warehouse teams
  • Ensure timely and accurate order processing in collaboration with logistics and fulfillment teams
  • Monitor marketplace account health, including order defect rate, late shipment rate, and policy compliance
  • Manage customer inquiries, reviews, and complaints to maintain high satisfaction and ratings
  • Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and maintain strong seller performance metrics
  • Manage Vendor Central purchase orders and coordinate replenishment where required
  • Prepare monthly performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations

Ad-Hoc Projects & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Support marketing initiatives, campaigns, and promotional activities across e-commerce platforms
  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, logistics, and product teams to align strategies
  • Contribute to branding, content creation, and campaign development for marketplace platforms
  • Support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional events

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce marketplace management, preferably with Amazon Seller and Vendor Central
  • Strong hands-on experience in product listing optimization, ASIN creation, and catalog management
  • Solid understanding of Amazon marketplace policies, account health, and optimization best practices
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive performance improvements
  • Experience in inventory coordination and working with fulfillment teams
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and analysis
  • Familiarity with tools such as Helium10, Jungle Scout, or similar platforms
