Role Overview

The **Senior Executive – Sales** will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding market presence across Managed Print Services (MPS), Audio Visual Solutions, Office Furniture, and Office Automation business segments.

The role requires a highly motivated sales professional with strong business development capabilities, excellent relationship management skills, and a proven ability to manage the complete sales cycle from opportunity identification through successful project closure.

The ideal candidate will possess strong consultative selling skills, the ability to understand customer requirements, develop tailored solutions, negotiate commercial agreements, and build long-term strategic partnerships across various industry sectors.

Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across corporate, government, education, healthcare, hospitality, and SME sectors.
  • Promote and sell Managed Print Services (MPS), Audio Visual Solutions, Office Furniture, and Office Automation products and services.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and site assessments to understand customer requirements.
  • Prepare and present customized proposals, commercial offers, and solution recommendations.
  • Lead negotiations with customers and close sales opportunities while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, referrals, and market engagement.
  • Participate in tenders, RFQs, and RFP submissions while coordinating with internal stakeholders.

Key Account Management

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding customer challenges and recommending value-driven solutions.
  • Ensure customer retention through regular engagement, follow-up, and service excellence.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and long-term business partnerships.
  • Support strategic account planning and revenue growth initiatives.

Market & Product Development

  • Monitor market trends, industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company products, services, and industry best practices.
  • Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to support business strategy and product development.
  • Provide recommendations to management on new market opportunities and business growth initiatives.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with technical, project, installation, logistics, and after-sales teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts within CRM systems.
  • Prepare monthly sales reports, pipeline reviews, and business development updates for management.
  • Support junior sales team members through guidance and sharing of best practices.
  • Participate in sales meetings, product training sessions, and business development initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in Managed Print Services (MPS), Audio Visual Solutions, Office Furniture, Office Automation, Workplace Technology Solutions, or related B2B industries.
  • Demonstrated experience in business development, key account management, and solution selling.
  • Strong understanding of consultative and value-based sales methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
  • Valid Qatar Driving License preferred.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic language skills will be an added advantage.
