Overview
The HoReCa Senior Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales execution across assigned HoReCa accounts by managing customer relationships, generating sales opportunities, ensuring product availability, and supporting business growth across hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering companies, and foodservice customers.
Responsibilities
· Execute daily sales activities across assigned HoReCa accounts to achieve sales and distribution targets.
· Maintain strong working relationships with chefs, purchasers, outlet managers, and operational contacts within assigned accounts.
· Generate customer orders and ensure timely follow-up on deliveries, stock availability, and customer requirements.
· Ensure availability, visibility, and approved placement of Al Islami products within assigned customer locations.
· Execute approved sampling activities, product presentations, and promotional initiatives at customer level.
· Follow up on customer collections and support adherence to approved payment terms and company policies.
· Monitor competitor activities, pricing, menu trends, and customer feedback within assigned accounts and provide regular market updates.
· Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues related to deliveries, orders, and customer service.
· Conduct regular customer visits to monitor account performance, identify sales opportunities, and maintain service standards.
· Prepare daily and monthly sales activity reports, customer updates, and market feedback for the HoReCa Manager.
· Ensure compliance with company operational procedures, food safety requirements, and execution standards across assigned accounts.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
· 3–5 years of experience in FMCG or foodservice sales within the UAE market.
· Experience in frozen food categories is preferred.
· Experience handling HoReCa or foodservice customer accounts.
· UAE HoReCa market experience is preferred.
· Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
