The Sales Analyst is responsible for consolidating and analyzing sales data across Key Accounts, Traditional Trade, and International markets to drive business performance.
The role focuses on sales reporting, forecasting, performance tracking, commercial insights, and coordination with cross-functional teams to support decision-making and revenue growth.
Accountabilities
- Analyze sales performance across Key Accounts, Traditional Trade, and international markets and provide actionable insights
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for daily, weekly, and monthly sales tracking
- Support sales forecasting, demand planning, and target setting across all channels
- Manage and validate incentive calculations and sales performance metrics
- Monitor trade promotions, BDAs, and campaign effectiveness, ensuring ROI tracking
- Track customer performance, pricing structures, margins, and discount impact
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of sales data, customer master data, and reporting systems
- Coordinate with finance, supply chain, logistics, and marketing to resolve sales-related issues
- Monitor order trends, stock availability, and fulfilment performance (OTIF, delays, etc.)
- Support export sales analysis including documentation tracking, compliance, and distributor performance
- Provide market intelligence, competitor analysis, and business insights to leadership
- Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities to improve sales efficiency and profitability
