Sales Executive
for the Eyewear Department will be responsible for developing and managing sales opportunities in Dubai.
The role includes achieving sales targets, building and maintaining strong relationships with optical stores, and effectively promoting the company’s eyewear brands and products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of sales experience in the
- optical/medical devices/FMCG retail
- industry.
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai markets.
- Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM systems is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet Eyewear product targets in Dubai.
- Visit and manage relationships with
- optical shops
- to promote Eyewear products.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.
- Conduct product presentations, in-store promotions, and staff training on eyewear brands.
- Monitor competitors’ activities, pricing, and new product launches in the eyewear market.
- Negotiate sales agreements, ensuring profitability and long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support product launches, visual merchandising, and promotional campaigns.
- Track sales performance, prepare regular reports, and provide feedback to management.
- Ensure timely collection of receivables and adherence to company credit policies.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to strengthen loyalty and brand presence.
