Zahra Industries LLC (www.zaratapes.com) is a UAE-based manufacturer of adhesive tapes, polythene sheets, and packaging materials supplying across retail, industrial, and project segments in the GCC and export markets.
We are expanding aggressively and are looking for serious performers to grow project sales and international business.

::::::::: Role Summary
This is not a counter sales job.
We are hiring someone who can:
Open project accounts (contractors, MEP, joineries, fit-out companies, factories)
Drive bulk sales of polythene sheets, tapes, and packaging materials
Build and manage export markets (GCC / Africa / India)
::::::::: Key Responsibilities
Develop and close project-based business (construction, industrial, packaging buyers)
Drive sales of polythene sheets, stretch films, masking tapes, BOPP tapes, specialty tapes
Build and manage export customers and distributors
Achieve monthly sales targets (AED 300K+ expected)
Ensure strict collections discipline – no uncontrolled credit
Identify and onboard new distributors (local + international)
Track pricing, competitors, and market demand
::::::::: Must-Have Experience (Strict Filter)
3–7 years UAE experience in:
Building materials / packaging / plastics / industrial consumables
Proven project sales experience (contractors / industrial clients)
Exposure to export sales or international markets
Experience
selling polythene sheets / plastic products / tapes preferred
Strong existing market connections
Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)

Salary
AED 4,000 – 8,000 (based on experience)
High-performance commission (linked to collections, not just billing)
Fuel + growth incentives

No UAE market experience
Only retail / showroom sales background
No exposure to projects or bulk sales
