In this pivotal role, you'll spearhead our enterprise sales initiatives, forging strong partnerships and delivering tailored property management and advisory solutions that truly make a difference.
As the Senior Sales Enterprise Manager, you'll engage with top-tier clients, leveraging your expertise to identify opportunities, craft compelling proposals, and close impactful deals.
What You'll Do
- Drive end-to-end enterprise sales efforts, from prospecting to deal closure, with a focus on delivering value and exceeding targets
- Build and nurture strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including institutional developers, landlords, and financial institutions
- Collaborate across teams to tailor solutions that address client needs and support their long-term growth
- Lead negotiations and presentations that highlight Kaizen's unique offerings and competitive advantages
- Maintain robust sales pipelines and provide insightful forecasts to support business planning
- Represent Kaizen with professionalism and enthusiasm at industry events and networking opportunities
Who You Are
- Experienced in enterprise sales, preferably within real estate, property management, or related industries
- A natural relationship-builder with outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- Strategic thinker who thrives in complex deal environments and can navigate long sales cycles successfully
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with diverse teams
- Familiar with the UAE market and the particular challenges and opportunities it presents
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field; advanced qualifications a plus
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience in enterprise sales, ideally within real estate or asset management sectors
- Track record of consistently achieving or surpassing ambitious sales targets
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence senior executives
- Strong strategic thinking capabilities and business acumen
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder engagements independently
- In-depth knowledge of the UAE real estate market and related regulatory frameworks
- Proficient in CRM tools and sales pipeline management
- Bachelor's degree; MBA or relevant certifications are advantageous
- Self-driven, resilient, and adaptable to a fast-paced, evolving business environment
