Senior Sales Engineer

The opportunity

Build relationships with key utility particularly Saudi Energy and its subsidiaries who influence purchasing decisions, and lead sales negotiations and commercial term development.

Build and maintain strong relationships with utility EPC’s, consultants, and key decision-makers to support long-term business development and customer satisfaction.

Drive business growth by promoting Hitachi Energy's complete product and system portfolio, identifying customer needs, and developing value-based solutions aligned with utility and EPC project requirements.

Develop and execute sales plans, monitor pipeline performance, conduct regular opportunity reviews, and implement corrective actions to achieve the targets.

Ensure offers meet all technical, financial, and commercial requirements, including pricing strategy, payment, delivery, contract compliance, and risk assessment.

Coordinate and make presentations to customers. presentations may cover product features, economic justification, product differentiation and key values.

Achieve assigned annual sales budgets and key performance targets through proactive account management, market development, and opportunity conversion.

Collaborate with Market Managers and cross-functional teams to execute marketing initiatives, strengthen customer engagement, and increase market penetration.

• Proposal development support

• Leasing with key Hitachi Energy factories.

• Order-logging

• Risk reviews

• Good knowledge in SFDC & Maintain SFDC and other sales tools

• Interaction with Hitachi Energy factories, market managers, customers, end users and Product Marketing Team.

• Good knowledge about Hitachi Energy Portfolio like Transformers, HV Products & Capacitor Banks.

Good experience and track record in related assignments.

Electrical Engineering Degree.

Minimum 3 to 5 years experience, English & Arabic
