The Opportunity

How You'll Make An Impact

• Supporting project commercial activities like coordination of Bank Guarantees, Letters of Credit, etc.
• Preparing all commercial documents needed for processing payments with banks by letters of credit.
• SAP Project - creation and updating costing information during the project.
• Prep all documents and drive the invoicing process for all projects, driving the team internally to complete invoicing on time.
• Supporting the Project Manager with backup information related to commercial transactions as necessary.
• Updating the system data/files for revenue and payment collection.
• Create and maintain detailed status updates for internal discussions with the Manager related to project commercial activities.
• Support Project Managers as necessary with invoicing reports.
• Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

• A bachelor's degree in commerce, finance, or a related discipline is required.
• 2-7 years of experience in a project environment with hands-on experience in commercial documentation.
• Should have hands-on experience working with SAP.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Arabic language is required.
