Senior Sales Engineer (Fire Protection / Fire Safety)
About This Role
Business Development & Sales
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the fire protection and safety market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and end clients
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to project closure
Technical Sales & Solutions
- Provide technical support and recommendations on fire protection systems (e.g., fire alarms, firefighting systems, suppression systems)
- Prepare technical proposals, BOQs, and cost estimates
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrate solutions to clients
- Ensure compliance with local and international fire safety standards (NFPA, Civil Defense, etc.)
Project Coordination
- Work closely with engineering, design, and project teams to ensure proper execution of projects
- Coordinate with clients during project lifecycle to ensure satisfaction and timely delivery
Market Intelligence
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
- Identify new products and solutions to enhance market positioning
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
Experience
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in sales within the fire protection or fire safety industry
- Strong experience in project sales and technical solutions
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Skills & Competencies
- Strong technical knowledge of fire protection systems and standards
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Commercial awareness and strategic thinking
- UAE market experience is essential
Additional Requirements
- UAE Driving License is mandatory
- Immediate joiners are preferred
