Role Overview
The role supports EFFISUS’ growth and operational excellence in an international environment, requiring a proactive, collaborative, and results-driven approach.
It involves supporting daily activities, working with internal and external stakeholders, and maintaining high standards of quality, compliance, and performance, while contributing to innovative and sustainable solutions.
Business Development & Sales
- Develop and manage a portfolio of key clients and partners
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction sector
- Build strong relationships with:
- Waterproofing contractors
- Aluminium fabricators
- Façade subcontractors
- Applicators and consultants
- Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis
- Achieve sales targets and business KPIs
Technical Sales Support
- Provide technical guidance on EFFISUS systems and applications
- Recommend tailored solutions based on project requirements and specifications
- Support clients during design, specification, and execution phases
- Deliver technical presentations, mock-ups, and product demonstrations
- Conduct on-site training sessions for clients and partners
Client Relationship Management
- Act as a trusted advisor on waterproofing and façade challenges
- Maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders
- Manage sales activities and pipeline through CRM tools
Industry Knowledge & Innovation
- Stay updated on industry standards, façade detailing, and market innovations
- Contribute to the promotion of sustainable and high-performance construction solutions
Mandatory
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction-related field
- Minimum **8 years of experience in technical sales** within: Waterproofing systems, Façade systems / Curtain Walling, Aluminium systems, Construction materials / Building Envelope solutions
- Proven experience in B2B and project-based sales
- Strong consultative sales approach
- Ability to translate technical solutions into commercial value
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- High level of autonomy, organization, and time management
- Fluent English (C1/C2 level)
Preferred
- Arabic language skills
- Experience with Zoho CRM / Zoho Books
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
- Familiarity with façade detailing and construction standards
- Candidate must currently be based in Abu Dhabi
