Senior Sales Consultant – HVAC Maintenance (Cooling Towers & Chillers) | Dubai, UAE 🚨

We are seeking an experienced and well-connected

Senior Sales Consultant

to drive business growth for a leading HVAC services company specializing in the

maintenance, refurbishment, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) of Cooling Towers and Chillers for the Oil & Gas sector across the UAE and GCC region.

If you have an established network within Oil & Gas companies, EPC contractors, consultants, refineries, petrochemical plants, and industrial facilities, we'd like to hear from you.

💼 Position

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and secure new business opportunities for Cooling Tower and Chiller Maintenance Services and AMC contracts within the Oil & Gas sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Oil & Gas operators, EPC contractors, engineering consultants, industrial facilities, and key stakeholders.
  • Identify upcoming projects, shutdowns, maintenance requirements, and refurbishment opportunities.
  • Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals tailored to client requirements.
  • Lead contract negotiations and successfully close service agreements and maintenance contracts.
  • Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and contract execution.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and consistently achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor market developments, competitor activities, and industry trends to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • 6 to 15 years of proven sales/business development experience in HVAC, industrial cooling systems, cooling towers, chillers, or industrial maintenance services.
  • Strong existing relationships within the UAE/GCC Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power, and Industrial sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in securing maintenance contracts, shutdown projects, and technical service agreements.
  • Strong understanding of industrial cooling systems, cooling towers, chillers, and plant maintenance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
  • UAE driving license preferred.
  • Based in the UAE or willing to relocate to Dubai.
