Villa Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete operation and management of the luxury villa.
• Manage and supervise household staff, including housekeeping, drivers, chefs, gardeners, and maintenance personnel.
• Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service across the property.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, renovations, and vendor relationships.
• Manage household budgets, inventories, procurement, and expense reporting.
• Organize events, guest visits, and special occasions within the residence.
• Liaise with family office representatives, property management teams, and external service providers.
• Ensure security, privacy, and confidentiality of residents and guests.
• Implement and maintain SOPs for efficient household operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing luxury villas, private residences, family offices, luxury hospitality properties, or UHNW households.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Experience handling multiple service providers and household teams.
• Excellent organizational, budgeting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Experience in Dubai/GCC luxury residences is highly preferred.
• Hospitality background from luxury hotels or private estates will be an added advantage.
