Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and present high-quality daily meals for family members and guests.
• Create diverse menus covering international, Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, Asian, and healthy cuisine options.
• Accommodate dietary preferences, nutritional requirements, and special requests.
• Source premium ingredients and manage kitchen inventory and procurement.
• Maintain the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness.
• Prepare meals for private gatherings, events, and VIP guests when required.
• Manage kitchen budgets, stock control, and supplier relationships.
• Ensure consistent quality, creativity, and presentation across all meals.

Requirements

• Professional culinary qualification from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Private Chef, Executive Chef, Sous Chef, or Head Chef in luxury villas, private households, five-star hotels, luxury resorts, or fine-dining establishments.
• Expertise in multiple international cuisines.
• Strong knowledge of nutrition, special diets, and healthy meal preparation.
• Excellent organizational and kitchen management skills.
• Ability to maintain complete confidentiality and professionalism.
• Prior experience serving UHNW families, VIPs, or private residences is highly preferred.
• Experience in the UAE/GCC region will be an advantage.
