Responsibiliti
- esThe role includes prospecting potential clients, analysing market trends, intermediate negotiation processes ensuring a fair and honest deal
- s.Planning monthly sales targets and executing them in a given time frame. Handling Sales activities with a focus on achieving predefined sales targe
- t.Develop new business opportunities in various geographies with research, prospecting to get leads to achieve the sales targe
- t.Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), investors, Channel Partners and real estate agents/broker
- s.Represent Company at property exhibitions, client meetings, and promotional event
- s.Guide clients through the entire sales process, including property selection, negotiations, and documentatio
