About the Opportunity

A prestigious luxury real estate group in Dubai is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented

Housekeeping Assistant

to join the team managing an ultra-luxury private villa.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation throughout the residence while ensuring the comfort and privacy of the family and their guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily cleaning and housekeeping duties across all areas of the villa.
  • Ensure bedrooms, living areas, kitchens, bathrooms, and common spaces are maintained to impeccable standards.
  • Make beds, change linens, and manage laundry and ironing tasks.
  • Organize wardrobes, storage areas, and household supplies.
  • Assist with table setting, guest preparation, and special events when required.
  • Monitor housekeeping inventory and report replenishment needs.
  • Handle delicate furnishings, luxury décor, and high-value household items with care.
  • Follow all hygiene, safety, and housekeeping procedures.
  • Maintain complete confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of housekeeping experience in luxury villas, private residences, five-star hotels, resorts, or hospitality environments.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
  • Knowledge of housekeeping standards and cleaning procedures.
  • Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Basic English communication skills.
  • Experience working in VIP, HNI, or UHNW households will be an advantage.
