Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Sales and Leasing Consultant role based in Abu Dhabi.

The Senior Sales and Leasing Consultant will be responsible for managing the full sales and leasing cycle, including prospecting, property viewings, negotiations, and deal closure for residential and/or commercial properties.

The role includes maintaining an up-to-date portfolio of listings, preparing and reviewing lease documents, coordinating with landlords, developers, and internal teams, and ensuring accurate documentation in line with company and regulatory standards.

The consultant will provide high-quality customer service, support resident and client retention efforts, and proactively follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and referrals.

The role also involves staying current with market trends, pricing, and developer offerings, and contributing to sales strategies and team targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong leasing expertise, including experience with leases and lease administration, with the ability to manage the end-to-end leasing process.
  • Customer-focused approach with proven customer service and resident retention skills, ensuring a positive client experience throughout the tenancy lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, active listening, and effective negotiation abilities.
  • Demonstrated sales and real estate experience, preferably in the UAE market, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Solid understanding of local real estate regulations, documentation requirements, and property market dynamics in Abu Dhabi and the wider UAE.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and basic office software to manage leads, pipeline, and reporting efficiently.
  • Ability to work on-site, manage multiple client accounts, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle preferred; relevant real estate certifications or RERA/ARB certifications are an advantage.
