Role Description

We are looking for motivated and driven Real Estate Sales Consultants to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi.

This role is suited for individuals who are passionate about property, client relationships, and building a long-term career in the UAE real estate market.

Whether you are experienced in real estate or coming from a strong sales background, we provide the environment, tools, and guidance to help you grow professionally.

KeyResponsibilities

Handle property inquiries for secondary, and off-plan properties

Conduct property viewings and client meetings

Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors

Support clients throughout the full sales process from inquiry to closing

Use CRM systems to manage leads and follow-ups

Stay informed about Abu Dhabi real estate market trends

Work closely with the team to achieve sales targets and service standards

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of proven real estate sales experience in UAE or home country

Valid UAE driving license is mandatory

Must have own car for client meetings and property viewings

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Good understanding of real estate sales processes

Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment

Professional attitude and client-focused approach
