We are hiring Real Estate Sales Consultants in Abu Dhabi for a high-performance real estate brokerage.
Whether you are an experienced real estate agent or a motivated sales professional looking to enter the UAE property market, we provide structured training, strong support, and high earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inquiries for off-plan, secondary market, and rental properties in Abu Dhabi
- Conduct property viewings and client meetings
- Advise clients on property investment opportunities in UAE real estate market
- Negotiate offers and close sales transactions
- Maintain CRM records and follow structured sales pipeline
- Build long-term relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors
- Stay updated with Abu Dhabi and UAE real estate market trends
Requirements
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Passion for real estate sales and property investment
- Self-motivated and target-driven personality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced commission-based environment
- Previous experience in real estate, sales, or customer service is an advantage
- Freshers with strong sales attitude are welcome

Structure
