Overview

We are hiring Real Estate Sales Consultants in Abu Dhabi for a high-performance real estate brokerage.

Whether you are an experienced real estate agent or a motivated sales professional looking to enter the UAE property market, we provide structured training, strong support, and high earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inquiries for off-plan, secondary market, and rental properties in Abu Dhabi
  • Conduct property viewings and client meetings
  • Advise clients on property investment opportunities in UAE real estate market
  • Negotiate offers and close sales transactions
  • Maintain CRM records and follow structured sales pipeline
  • Build long-term relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors
  • Stay updated with Abu Dhabi and UAE real estate market trends

Requirements

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Passion for real estate sales and property investment
  • Self-motivated and target-driven personality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced commission-based environment
  • Previous experience in real estate, sales, or customer service is an advantage
  • Freshers with strong sales attitude are welcome
