Recruitment Consultant Responsibilities & Duties
- Conducting full cycle recruitment for a variety of clients and industries
- Sourcing, attracting and assessing candidates through various channels
- Managing the interview process, providing guidance and support to both clients and candidates
- Negotiating offers and closing deals
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Staying current on industry trends and market knowledge to drive successful outcomes
Skills
- Previous experience in recruitment /Emiratization field
- Proven track record of successful placements in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of various industries and job markets.
- Ability to handle high-volume recruitment and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Certification in human resources or recruitment practices.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field
- 4-6 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills
