Overview

E-commerce P&L Management

• Own and drive overall E-commerce and marketplace revenue, profitability, and growth.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, demand planning, and commercial performance.
• Monitor key business metrics including sales, margin, conversion, AOV, and customer retention.

Marketplace Growth & Regional Expansion

• Develop and execute marketplace expansion strategies across GCC, Saudi Arabia, and India.
• Identify and onboard new marketplace partners and sales channels.
• Optimize pricing, assortment, and profitability across all platforms.

Digital Commerce & Technology Leadership

• Lead the E-commerce platform roadmap and digital transformation initiatives.
• Oversee website performance, CMS management, product catalog, and customer experience.
• Ensure seamless integration between E-commerce platforms, ERP, logistics, and marketing systems.

Operations & Fulfilment Excellence

• Manage fulfilment operations, inventory alignment, and last-mile delivery performance.
• Improve delivery speed, customer satisfaction, returns management, and operational efficiency.
• Maintain premium customer experience standards.

Performance Marketing & Commercial Growth

• Partner with marketing teams to optimize customer acquisition and retention.
• Drive improvements in ROAS, CAC, conversion rates, and contribution margins.
• Align commercial objectives with marketing investments.

Data Analytics & Business Intelligence

• Establish KPI frameworks and performance dashboards.
• Analyze business trends and identify growth opportunities.
• Drive data-backed decision making and continuous optimization

Leadership & Cross-Functional Management

• Lead E-commerce, Technology, CMS, Operations, and Fulfilment teams.
• Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability and execution.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Brand, Supply Chain, Finance, and Technology stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of progressive experience within E-commerce, Digital Commerce, or Online Retail.
• Proven experience owning and managing E-commerce P&L with a strong record of revenue and profitability growth.
• Experience scaling E-commerce businesses, marketplaces, or digital retail operations across multiple markets.
• Strong commercial understanding of contribution margin, CAC, LTV, inventory management, and profitability drivers.
• Experience leading technology, operations, fulfilment, and cross-functional teams.
• Marketplace expansion experience across GCC, Saudi Arabia, and/or India is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership presence with excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Highly analytical, data-driven, and execution-focused mindset.
