Overview
One of the Dubai based F&B Group is searching for a high Caliber Marketing Manager for their GCC operations
Position will be reporting to the Group Head of Marketing
As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating a lasting impression among consumers, driving product sales, and increasing market share.
You will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring consistent brand positioning across the region.
This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, creativity, and strong execution capabilities across both traditional and digital marketing channels.
Strategic Marketing & Brand Management
- Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy in line with company objectives.
- Ensure consistent brand positioning and identity across all markets and touchpoints.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing programs to enhance brand awareness and equity.
- Oversee the creation and publication of marketing materials across online and offline platforms.
- Lead new product launches in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.
- Analyze and identify strategic partnership opportunities to enhance brand reach. Campaign Planning & Execution
- Plan, coordinate, and execute promotional and marketing campaigns aligned with sales objectives.
- Work closely with sales teams to ensure marketing initiatives support revenue growth.
- Manage and optimize lead generation campaigns and track performance metrics.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign effectiveness, providing actionable insights.
- Maintain a comprehensive marketing calendar to ensure timely and consistent execution. Digital Marketing
- Own and drive the digital marketing strategy to increase brand visibility, customer engagement, and online delivery performance.
- Manage and execute campaigns across SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, programmatic, and display advertising.
- Plan and execute paid media campaigns, including paid search, social, video, affiliates, and partnerships.
