ERP & IT Systems Specialist

• The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of our ERP systems, IT operations, databases, networks, business applications, and end-user technology services.
• **ERP & Business Systems**
• Manage, maintain, customize, and support Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions.
• Analyze business requirements and implement system enhancements.
• Integrate ERP systems with third-party applications and business platforms.
• Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and provide user support.
• Lead ERP upgrades, migrations, and implementation projects.
• Support and maintain legacy ERP applications developed in Visual Basic and SQL.
• **Database Management & Reporting**
• Administer Microsoft SQL Server databases.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and reports.
• Ensure database security, integrity, backup, and disaster recovery.
• Support business intelligence, analytics, and reporting initiatives.
• **Infrastructure & Cybersecurity**
• Manage Windows Server environments and enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Maintain Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and network security.
• Monitor system performance, uptime, and capacity planning.
• Implement and enforce cybersecurity policies and best practices.
• Manage backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
• **AI, Automation & Digital Transformation**
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation technologies.
• Implement workflow automation and process improvement initiatives.
• Support Power BI dashboards and business intelligence solutions.
• Contribute to digital transformation projects across the organization.
• **IT Operations & End-User Support**
• Manage employee IT requirements, hardware, software, and system access.
• Provision and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide user training when required.
• Maintain IT asset inventories and lifecycle management processes.
• **Software, Licensing & Vendor Management**
• Manage software licenses, subscriptions, renewals, and compliance.
• Administer company domains, hosting services, and digital platforms.
• Coordinate with software vendors and service providers.
• Evaluate and recommend technology solutions to improve business performance.
• **Project Management**
• Lead IT and ERP projects from planning through implementation.
• Collaborate with management, business departments, vendors, and consultants.
• Support technology strategy development aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in ERP administration, IT infrastructure, and systems support.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, SQL development, and reporting.
• Experience with Windows Server administration and Active Directory.
• Strong understanding of networking, cybersecurity, and disaster recovery.
• Experience supporting end users and managing enterprise IT environments.
• Experience with Visual Basic-based legacy applications.
• Experience with Power BI and business intelligence solutions.
• Knowledge of AI tools, workflow automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
