Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to offer closure.
- Recruit for technical, engineering, sales, operations, and support positions.
- Conduct candidate screening and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain strong candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
- Proactively follow up to ensure vacancies are closed within agreed timelines.
- Develop effective sourcing channels and talent pools.
- Support a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
What We're Looking For
- UAE recruitment experience preferred.
- Strong exposure to technical / engineering recruitment.
- Excellent sourcing skills across LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, target-driven mindset with strong ownership and follow-through.
