Inspection and testing

• Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspections of materials, products, and assemblies.
• Inspect wire ropes, slings, shackles, lifting accessories, sockets, webbing, chain slings, and related products.
• Verify dimensions, markings, WLL/SWL, identification tags, batch details, heat numbers, and certificates.
• Coordinate testing and inspections with internal teams, clients, third-party inspectors, and laboratories.

Quality systems and documentation

• Review inspection reports, test certificates, and conformity documentation.
• Maintain product traceability, inspection records, calibration records, and quality documentation.
• Raise and track NCRs and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
• Support ISO 9001 systems, internal, customer, and third-party audits, and continuous improvement.
• Identify quality risks and ensure products meet technical, customer, and regulatory requirements.

Cross-functional work

• Work closely with production, warehouse, procurement, HSE, project, and dispatch teams.
• Contribute to product compliance, certification, customer requirements, and quality-system improvements.

Required qualifications and experience

• A diploma or bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Quality, or a related engineering discipline is required.
• Two to five years of QA/QC experience in relevant manufacturing, fabrication, engineering, lifting, rigging, construction, industrial, or energy environments is required.
• Hands-on inspection, testing, and quality documentation experience is required.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001, NCR management, corrective actions, supplier documentation, drawings, and technical specifications is required.
• Good MS Office skills, particularly Excel and Word, are required.

Preferred profile

• Experience with lifting equipment, wire ropes, slings, shackles, hoists, cranes, or material-handling products is preferred.
• Customer or third-party inspection experience and knowledge of calibration and testing requirements are preferred.
• ISO 9001 auditor, QA/QC, NDT, welding inspection, lifting inspection, or material-testing certifications are preferred.
• Exposure to Energy / Oil & Gas projects or customer requirements is preferred.
