- We are looking for a proper headhunter who will work directly with a VP Talent Acquisition on senior and specialist hiring across digital infrastructure, AI and technology.
- You must be able to:
- Map markets properly
- Find candidates others cannot
- Build interest from a cold start
- Execute high-volume outbound campaigns via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Manage senior candidates through to close
- Run a highly organised, systematic desk
- Keep every search, follow-up and pipeline under control
- Use AI properly across research, sourcing and outreach
- Own the hiring process with meticulous organization and consistency.
- This is not a job-board / advert response role.
- Calling an agency for help isn't in your vocabulary.
- We need someone commercial minded, relentless in pursuit, credible with senior people and capable of closing difficult searches.
