The Opportunity
We are seeking a senior leader to be based in Dubai to
define and lead the enterprise architecture for our global data center business DAMAC Digital
, aligning business strategy, technology and infrastructure into a scalable, future-ready model.
What You Will Do
- Own the end-to-end enterprise architecture across development, delivery and operations
- Define the target-state architecture across systems, platforms, data, and infrastructure
- Drive standardisation and scalability across multiple regions
- Establish architecture governance, standards and design authority
- Oversee integration across core platforms (ERP, CRM, DCIM, BIM, cloud, analytics)
- Partner with business and technical teams to ensure architecture enables execution at scale
What We Are Looking For
- 15+ years in enterprise architecture
- Experience in data centers, infrastructure, telecoms, or hyperscale environments
- Strong track record designing large-scale, multi-region architectures
- Deep understanding of IT/OT integration and platform ecosystems
- Ability to operate and influence at executive level
