Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Minimum **5+ years of experience** as a Radiographer in a hospital or diagnostic center setting.
• Perform and oversee MRI, CT, X-ray, and other imaging procedures in accordance with established protocols.
• Ensure high-quality diagnostic images while maintaining patient comfort and safety.
• Supervise and guide junior radiographers, trainees, and support staff.
• Coordinate with radiologists and referring physicians to ensure accurate and timely diagnostic services.
• Monitor workflow and assist in scheduling to ensure efficient department operations.
• Maintain accurate patient records and imaging data.
• Ensure compliance with DHA regulations, radiation safety standards, and clinic policies.
• Conduct regular equipment quality checks and coordinate maintenance when required.
• Assist in troubleshooting imaging equipment and reporting technical issues.
• Ensure proper utilization of PACS/RIS systems and maintain data integrity.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and departmental audits.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, if required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Radiologic Technology or equivalent.
• Valid **DHA License** as a Radiographer.
• Strong proficiency in **MRI, CT, and X-ray imaging procedures**.
• Experience with **PACS/RIS systems**.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong knowledge of radiation protection and patient safety practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience in a radiology department.
• Experience in a multi-modality diagnostic imaging center.
• Strong commitment to quality assurance and continuous improvement.
