We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced **Junior** **Physiotherapist** to join our team at Doctors Clinic Diagnostic Center.
The ideal candidate will have extensive clinical experience, exceptional patient management skills, and a strong understanding of physiotherapy standards, rehabilitation protocols, and safety guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments for patients with acute, chronic, and complex conditions.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based physiotherapy techniques and rehabilitation protocols.
- Deliver advanced therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, electrotherapy, exercise therapy, and post-surgical rehabilitation.
- Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation.
- Provide guidance, training, and supervision to junior physiotherapists and physiotherapy assistants.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Ensure all physiotherapy services comply with clinic policies, patient safety guidelines, and international standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized therapy environment.
- Participate in quality assurance, clinical audits, and continuous improvement programs.
- Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and lifestyle modifications.
- Uphold patient confidentiality and demonstrate professional ethics at all times.
Requirements
- **Valid DHA license** or eligibility.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 0–3 years of clinical experience, preferably in a hospital, rehabilitation center, or specialty clinic.
- Strong expertise in orthopedic, neurological, musculoskeletal, and post-operative rehabilitation.
- Preferred experience in manual therapy, sports physiotherapy, women’s health, or specialized rehabilitation programs.
- Proficiency in physiotherapy software systems and electronic medical records (EMR).
- Solid understanding of clinical safety standards, treatment documentation, and patient outcome measurements.
- Excellent assessment skills, clinical reasoning, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage complex cases and handle a diverse patient population.
