We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Call Center Representative (Tagalog Speaker) to join our team and help us continue delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency.
- Assist patients with appointment scheduling, inquiries, and general information.
- Manage patient records and ensure accurate data entry.
- Coordinate with medical staff to provide relevant patient information.
- Resolve patient issues and complaints with empathy and solutions-oriented approach.
- Maintain high standards of customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a call center environment, preferably within a medical center.
- Strong communication skills in both Tagalog and English (verbal and written).
- Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures is an advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in using call center software and standard office applications.
