Role Overview
The company is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor.
Responsibilities
- Oversee project budgets, cost/value control systems, and cash flow forecasts.
- Administer contracts to local and international standards.
- Prepare interim valuations, payment applications, and final accounts; identify and submit variations, new rates, and change orders.
- Support commercial risk and financial performance, including claims, disputes, and contractual matters.
- Measure and verify costs for final accounts and coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Support efficient, on-budget project delivery while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Pay
- Pay starts at AED 9,500 per month.
Work Location
- Work location is in person.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of the construction industry and quantity surveying responsibilities.
- Ability to manage complex projects and work collaboratively with project stakeholders.
- Experience or capability in cost control, contract administration, valuations, variations, and measurement for construction projects.
